As part of a global multichannel marketing programme, we built 12 email templates across three brands, for multiple campaigns in over 40 markets.

By creating cleverly crafted, ‘snackable’ content and an engaging design we drove an improved open rate of 40% and a 15% click through rate – much higher than both previous campaigns and the industry average.

Integration with SalesForce Marketing Cloud and Veeva made for speedy and easy deployment of our recommended global email marketing strategy. As an added benefit, we reduced the incumbent agency’s email design and build process from six weeks to one.
